document.write('<p><b>About Phil Courtney</b>   My family and I moved to Cape May in 1995. We had always vacationed at the Jersey Shore and we made a decision to make the beach our home. Soon after moving here, I started painting some of my favorite places in Cape May. In this series of watercolors, I have tried to combine my love for impressionism and realism in an attempt to depict the intricate details of Cape May&#39;s Victorian architecture. I also tried to capture the unique quality of light which prevails in Cape May&#39;s seashore area.</p>');
